Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Zenith Energy Ltd., ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; TSX.V: ZEE), the dual listed international oil & gas production company operating the largest onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan, is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company, has today purchased a total of 300,000 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at an average price of £0.08278 per Common Share. 

Following this purchase, Mr. Cattaneo now holds 3,670,116 Common Shares, representing 2.60 per cent of the Common Shares in issue.
