Sandnes, Norway, 18th February 2026.

Zaptec reports a strong fourth quarter 2025, with record revenue of NOK 433 million.

“With record-high revenue and improved margins, Zaptec demonstrates the scalability of our business and the strong demand for our solutions across Europe. We enter 2026 with confidence,” says Kurt Østrem, CEO of Zaptec.

“In addition, the Board has proposed dividend payments, enabling shareholders to benefit directly from our profitable growth,” he adds.

Q4 highlights:

• Revenue of 433 MNOK

• Order intake of 645 MNOK

• Order backlog of 729 MNOK

• Gross margin of 41%

• Opex of 134 MNOK

• EBITDA of 45 MNOK

• Dividend of 2.0 NOK per share
