Oslo, Norway, 1 July 2021

Zalaris ASA (“Zalaris” or the “Company”) has granted 931,500 share options to employees at a strike price of NOK 59.69 per share. The options vest after 36 months. Each share option corresponds to one share. Please refer to the annual report 2020 for further details regarding the Company’s share incentive plans.

The following primary insiders of Zalaris ASA have been allocated share options as part of the grant:

• Hans-Petter Mellerud, CEO: 200,000 options

• Will Jackson, MD & EVP UK & Ireland: 60,000 options

• Hilde Karlsmyr, CHRO: 60,000 options
