Grant of Options

Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that further to the announcement on 28 March 2017, it has granted 342,810 share options ("Options") to certain of its executive directors, being 114,270 Options in lieu of the waiver of bonuses in 2016 and 228,540 Options under the Company's annual share option grant 2017.

The 114,270 Options have been granted with an exercise price of £0.005 and the 228,540 Options at an exercise price of £2.844 being the volume weighted average price as at 28 March 2017. The Options will be exercisable from the third anniversary of the date of grant.  

Following these grants the Company has a total of 1,437,310 share options outstanding representing 10.2% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
