YOC AG sells subsidiary belboon GmbH
– Positive equity effect amounting to 3.2m EUR

Berlin, 9 July 2014. – YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) sold its affiliate marketing network belboon to ARCUS Capital AG (Munich). Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchasing price. A positive effect on the net income in the IFRS consolidated financial statement of YOC Group 2014 amounting to around 3.2m EUR is expected.
The transaction is part of the consistent focus on the strategic core area mobile advertising. Dirk Kraus, CEO of YOC AG: “We focus on our core business – mobile advertising – and particularly the further development of technologies for data-based, automated real-time advertising. The sale proceeds will directly flow into the development of our new products for programmatic mobile advertising. This is a significant step for growth and for the positioning of YOC in the digital advertising landscape – in Germany and throughout Europe.”
