YOC buys French mobile advertising company MobilADdict Sàrl

Berlin, March 28, 2011 – YOC (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) takes over 100% of MobilADdict Sàrl with its registered office in Paris. With this acquisition, the YOC Group consistently continues its international growth strategy and extends its leadership and presence in all European core markets.

The strategic acquisition of France's second-largest mobile advertising premium network pushes the international growth of the YOC Group. 'With the acquisition of MobilADdict Sàrl, we extend our market leadership and presence in all European core markets, which enables us to optimally meet our customers' demand for international campaigns. Its good market position and the great expertise of the existing French staff were decisive factors for the acquisition', says YOC CEO Dirk Kraus.

Since the customer portfolios of the two companies do not overlap, YOC's sales volume on the French market is increasing considerably. YOC's international advertiser network extends to include renowned publishers such as 20 Minutes, M6, NRJ, BFM and RMC, which makes it even more attractive to advertising companies. The customers of MobilADdict Sàrl include Yahoo, Renault, McDonalds's or Lufthansa and numerous other well-known marketing networks and agencies.
