YIT Corporation: Markku Moilanen will commence as the President and CEO on 1
April 2021

Markku Moilanen’s (Ph.D., tech.) commencement date as the President and CEO of
YIT Corporation has been specified. He will start in the position on 1 April
2021. Moilanen joins YIT from Ramboll Group, where he has been responsible for
Ramboll Group's businesses in the Nordics, UK and Americas. The appointment was
originally announced as a stock exchange release on 21 December 2020.

Antti Inkilä has been acting as YIT’s Interim President and CEO since October
2020 and as planned, he will continue in the position until Markku Moilanen
starts.
