Changes in the YIT Management Team

Harri Kailasalo, Executive Vice President, Infrastructure segment, leaves the
company. Antti Inkilä, who has acted as YIT Corporation’s interim President and
CEO, takes over the position as interim Executive Vice President of the
Infrastructure segment and member of the Group Management Team as Markku
Moilanen commenced as the President and CEO today, 1 April 2021. Marko Oinas
will continue as interim Executive Vice President of the Housing Finland and CEE
segment.

“Harri Kailasalo has had a long career in developing infrastructure construction
first at Lemminkäinen and thereafter at YIT. I would like to thank Harri for his
contribution to the company over the past years”, says President and CEO Markku
Moilanen.
