Change in the YIT Management Team

Pii Raulo, Executive Vice President, Human Relations and the member of YIT
Management Team leaves the company. She will continue in her position until 31
December 2021, familiarising her successor to the new role.

YIT's Board of Directors has appointed Minna Korander, VP, Business Partner of
Infrastructure segment, as Interim EVP, Human Relations and member of the
Management Team as of 1 January 2022.
