Chief Procurement Officer and primary insider Harald Borgen has today sold 48,700 shares in XXL ASA at a price of NOK 22.47. Following this transaction, Mr. Borgen owns no shares in XXL ASA and 70,481 share options in XXL ASA. Harald Borgen has also, through his wholly owned company IWIA AS, exposure through the previously announced investment of NOK 0.75 million in the XXL Management Investment program (XMI), equal to 1,195 shares in XMI.
