primary insider Mr. Tolle O. R. Grøterud has today, through

his 100% owned company Andolini Holding AS, bought 24,000

shares in XXL ASA at a price of NOK 83.27. Following this

transaction, Mr. Grøterud owns 48,137 shares in XXL ASA and
