Director Resignation

Mr. Lei Chen resigned as a director of Xunlei Limited (Nasdaq: XNET) ), effective April 7, 2020. We and our board greatly appreciate Mr. Chen’s service and thank him for his contributions to the Company.

In connection with the change in our board composition described above, the number of directors constituting our whole board will be decreased from nine to eight.
