The Management Board of XTPL S.A. (the "Issuer") announces that todayMaciej Adamczyk resigned from his function as a Board Member effective27 February 2020 and indicated that the resignation is due to personalreasons.

The Management Board of the Issuer emphasizes that the resignation doesnot affect the ongoing operational processes that run as intended andwithout interference.
