XPS announces that, on 3 July 2019, Donna Cuff, a person closely associated ("PCA") to Paul Cuff, Co-Chief Executive Officer and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), acquired 27,956 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.06 per Ordinary Share.

Paul Cuff and Donna Cuff's holding now totals 796,406 Ordinary Shares. Paul also holds 258,992 outstanding PSP awards due to vest June 2020 and 241,340 outstanding PSP awards due to vest July 2021.
