Xplora Q4 25 Exceptional quarterly revenue of NOK 606m and EBITDA of NOK 101m

Xplora Q4 25 Exceptional quarterly revenue of NOK 606m and EBITDA of NOK 101m

Oslo, 27 February 2026 -- Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora") today published

its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, reporting strong

year-over-year growth in both revenue and operating profits.

Through the integration of the Senior segment and continued execution in the

Kids & Youth segment, Xplora has expanded its platform and strengthened the

earnings capacity of the Group. This resulted in all-time high revenue of NOK

606m, a gross margin of 51%, and a record-high EBITDA of NOK 101m in the

fourth quarter 2025.

"We have strengthened our position as the leading European familiy platform

for connected devices and services, and we see a clear path towards our goal

of reaching one million subscriptions", says CEO Sten Kirkbak in Xplora.

At the end of 2025 the company had 476k subscriptions, an increase of 33% from

the end of 2024. This generated 22% growth in service revenue in 2025 and

combined with the higher device sales this contributed to improved gross

profits and sharply higher EBITDA.

Revenue for the full year 2025 increased to NOK 1.9b, demonstrating the

increased scale of Xplora after establishing of the Senior segment through the

acquisition of Doro AB. Gross margin improved to 52%, which also contributed

to the EBITDA-improvement to NOK 241m for 2025.

"Going forward we will continue to focus on subscription growth, on the

further broadening of our products and service offering across all segments,

and on expansion into new geographies. With a highly scalable platform this

will continue to yield strong results", says Kirkbak.

The expansion of the product grid is already underway with the launch of

XploraOne, a feature phone for kids set to extend customer lifetime in the

Kids & Youth segment. The launches of Aurora and Leva series delivered strong

growth in the Senior segment in 2025, with the Group expecting continued

demand into 2026. Xplora also continues to develop and roll out solutions for

the Senior market to capture the significant service revenue potential within

this segment. In terms of new geographies, Xplora targets entering 4-5 new

MVNO markets over the next five years. Across the portfolio, Xplora also

continues to explore possibilities to strengthen its service offering through

new software initiatives and safe AI solutions, further reinforcing the

scalability of Xplora's subscription model.
