Lafayette is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tim Hickman as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Lafayette Mining Limited.
Tim Hickman is a Chartered Accountant with senior financial management experience in Australia, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Mr Hickman has several years experience within the mining industry, most recently the Commercial Services Manager for WMC Limited's Gold Division.
The appointment of Mr Hickman coincides with the impending relocation of Lafayette's head office to Melbourne, details of which will be advised to the ASX shortly.
Mr Bob Anderson resigned as Company Secretary of Lafayette Mining Limited effective 29 November 2002.
