Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 29 November 2013 Ian Dinwoodie, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised options over 89,573 Xaar plc ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at an exercise price of nil pence per Ordinary Share. The option had been granted under the Xaar plc 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 22 November 2010 and vested on 22 November 2013, having met the performance criteria in full. All of the shares were sold on 29 November 2013 at a price of 986.6009 pence.
The shareholding held by Mr. Dinwoodie is unaffected by the exercise and sale of these LTIP shares. Both before and after the exercise and sale Mr. Dinwoodie holds 57,449 shares, representing a beneficial interest in the Company of 0.08% of the current issued share capital.
The Company has also been notified that on 29 November 2013 Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, exercised options over 56,872 Xaar plc ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at an exercise price of nil pence per Ordinary Share. The option had been granted under the Xaar plc 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 22 November 2010 and vested on 22 November 2013, having met the performance criteria in full. All of the shares were sold on 29 November 2013 at a price of 986.6009 pence.
The shareholding held by Mr. Borrell is unaffected by the exercise and sale of these LTIP shares. Both before and after the exercise and sale Mr. Borrell holds 178,851 shares, representing a beneficial interest in the Company of 0.24% of the current issued share capital.
