Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today that on 1 May 2013, Alex Bevis, Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company, acquired 3,525 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 503.6 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 41,661 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
