Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today, that on 5 April 2013, Ramon Borrell, Research and Development Director, acquired 9,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 420 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company is 178,217 Ordinary Shares representing 0.24 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
