Director Resignation

Xaar plc ("the Company"), the digital inkjet printing technology Group headquartered in Cambridge, UK, announces the resignation of Edmund Creutzmann, Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately.

The Board does not plan to recruit a replacement.  The internal structure of the organisation will be adjusted to support commercial development objectives and a strategy of partnership and collaboration.

Doug Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, commented:  "The Board has accepted Edmund's resignation. The business would like to thank him for his service to the Company. We wish him every success for the future".
