The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. ——————————————————————————– Holger Dahmen follows Fritz Humer in the function of CEO at Wolford AG Supervisory Board appoints Swatch manager as new Wolford boss Hand-over on 7 January 2004 The Supervisory Board of Wolford AG yesterday night unanimously appointed the 43-year-old Holger Dahmen as the new Chairman of the company’s Managing Board. Dahmen thus succeeds Fritz Humer, who has led the company for more than ten years. The hand-over will take place on 7 January 2004. Holger Dahmen previously held the position of President of Hamilton Worldwide, a Swatch Group company, to which he was appointed from his function as President of Swatch USA. The German-born Dahmen holds a degree in business studies and has a long and successful track record in product and brand management and marketing. Fritz Humer comments on the generational change at the head of Wolford: “After years of vigorous growth, Wolford’s rise to a worldwide renowned brand and the successful restructuring that became necessary in the wake of these forceful developments, we have brought Wolford back on track.
