Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022 ("AGM")
The Wise plc 2022 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") has been made available to Wise Owners today. A copy of the AGM Notice is available on https://wise.com/owners/ and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/national storage mechanism.
The AGM will be held at 3rd Floor, Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JJ and via an electronic platform on Friday 23 September 2022 at 11:00am (BST).
Details regarding the arrangements for the AGM can be found in the AGM Notice. Any changes to these arrangements will be communicated to Wise Owners via https://wise.com/owners/ and, where appropriate, by Stock Exchange announcement.
