In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Wincanton plc announces that Gill Barr, who is Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, will step down from the Board of N Brown Group Plc. Ms Barr will step down from their Board following the conclusion of their Annual General Meeting in July 2023.
