G. Willi-Food International Ltd. (NASDAQ: WILC) (the “Company” or “Willi-Food”) announced today that on December 14, 2015, Mr. Joseph Williger, director and the Company's President, has exercised 66,667 options exercisable into 66,667 ordinary shares of Willi-Food par value NIS 0.1 each in consideration for U.S. $433,336 reflecting an exercise price of $6.50 US per option.

Following the exercise of options described above, Mr. Joseph Williger will beneficially own 66,667 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 0.50% of the Company's outstanding ordinary shares.
