Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the audited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended March 31, 2016 for publication and considering the recommendation for the payment of a final dividend, if any.
