Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) will be held on Thursday, 12 November 2015 for the purposes of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 September 2015 for publication and considering the declaration of a dividend, if any.
