Five-yearly renewal and extension of the scope of services to the WIIT Smart Working as a service Cloud platform for a value of approximately € 6.9 million with one of the most important international Groups leaders in the Business Process Outsourcing market

Milan, January 21, 2021 - Wiit S.p.A. ("WIIT" or the "Company"; ISIN IT0004922826; WIIT.MI), a leading Italian player in the Cloud Computing market for enterprises demanding uninterrupted Hybrid Cloud and Hosted Private Cloud services for critical applications, signed a five-yearly renewal, for a total value of approx. Euro 6.9 million, with a leading international Group in the Business Process Outsourcing services sector. The new perimeter of services also includes access to the WIIT Smart Working as a Service Platform for over 1000 people.

The Group has reconfirmed its confidence in WIIT by extending and expanding the existing contract through a five-year agreement for services related to the management of the critical environments. All services are managed and governed centrally with active support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and seek to ensure the usability and continuity of the customer's main critical business processes, internationally. The structured and resilient management model is based on Private Cloud technologies capable of ensuring the scalability necessary to support future growth in a fast and secure way.

The new contract reflects the growing need in the Professional Services sector for agile and resilient Cloud platforms to support digital transformation processes.
