2016 LTI Performance Share Rights are subject to the following conditions:

(c) vesting is subject to the following:

i) 50% of the Rights are subject to the Company achieving a specified costs per tonne target over the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019. Half of any Rights that vest will be subject to a further one year service condition before becoming exercisable.

Quotation agreement

1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.
