Annual Report and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that the 2020/21 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
These documents can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.whitbread.co.uk.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue, Dunstable, LU5 5XE on Thursday 17 June 2021 at 2.00 pm. However, due to the exceptional circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is currently anticipated that shareholders will not be able to attend the meeting in person. Shareholders will however be able to fully participate in the meeting remotely via an online platform.
