Number of ordinary shares purchased: 70,000

The highest price paid was 700.0 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 695.32 pence per share.

The purchase represented an average price of 699.08 pence per share.

The purchased shares will be cancelled. Following this purchase, the total number of voting rights in JD Wetherspoon plc is 117,249,587.
