On September 21, 2021, Westwater Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a delay in the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study for the Company’s Coosa Graphite Project production facility. A copy of the press release is filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
