ISSUE OF UNLISTED OPTIONS

Western Mines Group Ltd (“WMG” or “Company”) advises that it has issued 200,000 unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.50 each and an expiry date of 13 April 2026.

The securities have been issued to Sanlam Private Wealth’s nominee as part payment of their fee for capital raising services to the Company under a mandate entered into for the April 2023 capital raising, as approved by shareholders at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 21 November 2023. Further details of the issue are contained in the 2023 Notice of Annual General ( ASX, Notice of Annual General Meeting & Proxy Form, 20 October 2023 ) and the announcement of the April 2023 capital raising ( ASX, Capital Raise to Expand Mulga Tank Drilling, 13 April 2023 ).

An Appendix 3G Notification of Issue of Unquoted Securities is lodged separately with ASX.
