The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that the PDMR noted below transferred 3,582 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company for nil consideration from his nominee account with Stocktrade, to a nominee account in the name of his spouse, Rachel Stanton (PCA), also held with Stocktrade. Following the transfer, the PDMR's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
