PDMR Change

The Weir Group PLC ("Weir" or "the Group") announces that Andrew Neilson, Director of Strategy & Corporate Affairs, is to step down from the Group Executive and as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities from 30 June 2017 to become Vice President, Finance and IT of the Weir Minerals division.  Andrew's position will not be replaced and his current responsibilities will be allocated to other Group Executive members.
