TRADING HALT
The securities of Radar Iron Ltd (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 24 April 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The directors of Radar Iron Ltd (ASX: RAD) hereby request a trading halt of the company’s securities.
The reason for the request is due to a pending announcement regarding a major acquisition and associated funding .
The Company requests the securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market or the commencement of trade on Thursday 24 April 2014.
The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
