Request for Voluntary Suspension
Radar Iron Ltd (ASX: RAD) hereby requests that the ASX extend the current trading halt into a voluntary suspension of the company’s securities.
The reason for the request is that it is clear that the Company is not yet in a position to make the contemplated announcement including details of its contemplated capital raising .
The Company expects to be able to make that announcement later today and will announce those details to the market, and thus end the suspension, as soon as it is able.
The company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
