WEBUILD S.P.A. TRANSFERS ITS REGISTERED OFFICE

Milan, October 14, 2021 – The Company's Board of Directors, which met today, by virtue of the powers given by art. 24 of the Bylaws, resolved the following:

(1) the temporary transfer of the registered office to Via Adige no. 19, Milan, with effect from October 18, 2021;

(2) with effect from December 1, 2021, the transfer of the registered office to the new offices located in the Municipality of Rozzano (Centro Direzionale Milanofiori Strada 6 - Palazzo L), with the consequent amendment of art. 3 of the Bylaws.

This relocation of our headquarters is part of the Group's strategy for optimizing costs and adopting an innovative, functional and consistent structure with the production needs and the digital evolution path undertaken by the Group.

With subsequent communications, notice will be given of the registration of these changes in the Business Registry.
