Webjet would like to advise that there was a misstatement with an Appendix 3Y – Change in Directors Interest Notice, lodged on the 29/10/09. Shares were acquired by one of the Directors, David Clarke, which were purchased through an Exercise of Options and not On-Market as previously advised.

Attached to this Notice is the amended 3Y Directors Interest Notice for this share acquisition.
