Working experience and occupation	She is the founding partner of Messrs Choo & K.C. Kok, established in September 2014. She brings with her extensive legal experience across a broad range of practice areas, including conveyancing, civil litigation, accident claims, and banking matters. She has acted for and represented numerous reputable insurance companies, including Tokio Marine and Great Eastern, in defending claims involving third-party bodily injury and property damage. In addition, she has advised and handled banking matters for financial institutions such as EON Bank (now known as Hong Leong Bank Berhad) and Public Bank Berhad. Her conveyancing experience is extensive, having worked closely with major financial institutions including OCBC, UOB, Maybank, and Public Bank during her tenure as a Partner at Messrs Moi, NK Koh & Chee, Melaka. Subsequently, while practising at Messrs Faizul Hilmy & Chew, she continued to liaise with leading banks such as HSBC, Maybank, and Public Bank, and also handled trademark dispute matters. Ms. Kok also has acted for a number of prominent property developers, including Hatten Group and Jaymuda Group in Malacca, as well as IOI Group, Genting Group, KSL Properties, and Gamuda in Johor. Her areas of practice also extend to family and estate law, where she is experienced in handling divorce proceedings, small estate distributions, and applications for grants of probate and letters of administration. Additionally, she is well-versed in legal and administrative matters relating to Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations pursuant to the Strata Management Act 2013. In recognition of her professional expertise and experience, Ms. Kok was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of BMS Holdings Berhad in 2025.
