Extension of condition date – Acquisition of the assets and business of Central Suction Cleaners Limited

By way of update to its announcement of 7 February 2023, WasteCo advises that its due diligence for the proposed acquisition of the business and assets of Central Suction Cleaners Limited ( CSC ), based in Nelson, is progressing well.

The parties have agreed a short extension for satisfaction of the various conditions under the CSC agreement until next Monday, 27 February 2023.
