Mr. Michael Busch, chairman of the supervisory board of WashTec AG, and Mr. Massimo Pedrazzini, deputy chairman of the supervisory board, on occasion of a meeting of the supervisory board have announced to resign with effect as of the end of this year’s ordinary annual shareholders’ meeting. The resignation of Mr. Busch is induced by a different opinion about the future strategy of the company following the changed shareholder structure. The resignation of Mr. Pedrazzini is a result of the disposal of the shares held by STERLING STRATEGIC VALUE LIMITED released with a notification to the company dated March 25th, 2014. The search for candidates to be proposed to the annual shareholders’ meeting is in progress.
