2. Please insert the number of ordinary shares registered in your name(s). If no number is inserted, this form of proxy will be deemed to relate to all the shares in the Company registered in your name(s).

To appoint more than one proxy, a photocopy of this proxy form may be used. Any alteration made to this form of proxy must be initialled by the person who signs it.

5. This form of proxy must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing or in the case of a corporation must be either under its common seal or under the hand of an officer duly authorised in that behalf.

In order to be valid, this form, together with the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed (or a notarially certified copy or office copy of such power or authority) must be lodged with the Company’s registered office at 9th Floor, iSQUARE, 63 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong or the Company’s share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than 24 hours (excluding any part of a day that is a public holiday) before the time appointed for the taking of the poll.
7. In the case of joint holders of any share, any one of such persons may vote, either personally or by proxy, in respect of such share, provided that if more than one of such joint holders be present at the Meeting personally or by proxy, the person whose name stands first in the register shall alone be entitled to vote in respect thereof.
8. Any member entitled to attend, speak and vote is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend, speak and vote on his behalf. The proxy need not be a member of the Company but must attend the Meeting in person to represent you.
9. All time and date references contained in this form of proxy refer to Hong Kong times and dates.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION STATEMENT

(i) “Personal Data” in these statements has the same meaning as “personal data” in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”), which may include your name and address and those of your proxy.

(ii) The supply of your Personal Data to the Company is on a voluntary basis and such data will be used for processing your instructions as stated in this form of proxy. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the Company being unable to process your instructions.

(iii) Your Personal Data will not be transferred to any third parties (other than the share registrar of the Company) unless it is otherwise required by law and will be retained for such period as may be necessary for the Company’s verification and record purposes.

(iv) You and your appointed proxy have the right to request access to and/or correct the respective Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPO. Any such request should be in writing addressed to the Personal Data Privacy Officer of Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
