Wealth Defender Equities Limited ( ASX: WDE ) refers to the unsolicited off-market takeover bid made today by WAM Capital Limited ( ASX: WAM ). WDE confirms receipt of the bidder’s statement from WAM.
The Board of WDE will consider the offer in due course and will make a formal recommendation to shareholders of WDE following such consideration.
WDE advises shareholders are not required to take any action at present.
