On February 16, 2024, Leah Solivan, one of Blackwells Capital LLC’s nominees for election to the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company, made certain posts regarding her nomination to her social media pages, including her X (formerly known as Twitter) page, her LinkedIn page, her Instagram page and her Facebook page.
