Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 11 August 2015,13 August 2015 and 14 August 2015 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 40,000, 10,000 and 7,830 ordinary shares respectively (comprising 57,830 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 49.5p.
