Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 19 December 2013 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 20,553 ordinary shares (comprising 20,553 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 44.5p.
