Wacker Neuson light equipment products in Japan will be exclusively
distributed via the Shindaiwa sales organization

(Munich, October 1, 2009) Wacker Neuson SE (Munich, Germany) and Shindaiwa
Corporation (Yamabiko Group, Japan) are pleased to announce that they have
reached an agreement for the exclusive sale and distribution of Wacker
Neuson light construction equipment in Japan via the Shindaiwa sales
organization beginning October 1, 2009. Both partners have been favored
with long, successful histories in Japan and believe that this new
relationship will provide each with the strength for an even better future.
The Wacker Neuson affiliate in Japan will be closed till the end of 2009.

Cooperation will create benefits for both partners
Shindaiwa Corporation will become the exclusive distributor for Wacker
Neuson light equipment products in Japan starting on October 1, 2009 and
will continue to promote the soil compaction, concrete consolidation and
demolition products sold by Wacker Neuson in Japan, along with some
exciting new product introductions. 'From our point of view Shindaiwa
Corporation is our preferred partner and we are convinced that this
cooperation will benefit for both partners', said Dr.-Ing. Georg Sick, CEO
of Wacker Neuson SE. 'With this corporation we will be able to provide our
customers with the best product and service support in the industry. The
Wacker Neuson light equipment products had been synonymous with the highest
quality and productivity for more than 50 years in the Japanese market',
mentioned Manabu Asamoto, CEO of Shindaiwa Corporation. Especially rammers
were the first to be used in Japan, and Wacker Neuson introduced both
reversible plate technology and high frequency concrete vibrators to the
market. 'Ongoing technological innovations have made the name Wacker Neuson
the benchmark in Japan and around the world', said Manabu Asamoto. With
this corporation the presence of Wacker Neuson in Japan will be dedicated
to supporting the efforts of Shindaiwa Corporation in the sales,
distribution and after sales service of all Wacker Neuson products. The
Wacker Neuson affiliate in Japan will be closed till the end of 2009.

Utilizing the extensive sales and service network of Shindaiwa Corporation
Shindaiwa Corporation is a major manufacturer and distributor of hand held
agricultural and forestry equipment and has become a market leader in Japan
in generators, welders and light tower equipment. 'The extensive sales and
