Description	VSTECS BERHAD ("VSTECS" OR THE "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 720,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN VSTECS ("VSTECS SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") ("BONUS SHARE(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 2 BONUS SHARES FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING VSTECS SHARE HELD AT 5.00P.M. ON 8 JUNE 2026 ("BONUS ISSUE OF SHARES")
Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 February 2026,18 March 2026, 30 March 2026, 16 April 2026, 17 April 2026 and 20 May 2026 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date for the Bonus Issue of Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 8 June 2026 ("Entitlement Date"), 720,000,000 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares. The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 9 June 2026, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 8 June 2026.
