Acquisition of NVA Services Limited

Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction market, announces that it has completed the acquisition of NVA Services Limited (trading as National Ventilation and Airtech), a UK supplier and installer of ventilation products for both residential and commercial applications. NVA Services Limited generated revenue of £8.5 million (based on UK GAAP) for the year ended 31 March 2015.
