Volution Group plc ("Volution" or the "Company", LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces the following changes to its Nomination Committee that were agreed by the Board on 7 March 2023.

As previously announced, Paul Hollingworth is due to step down as Chairman of the Board at the end of June 2023, having served on the Volution Board for nine years.  The process to appoint a successor is under way and a further announcement will be made in due course.

As part of the succession planning process, Paul Hollingworth will stand down as Chair of the Nomination Committee, and as a Committee member, with immediate effect.  Amanda Mellor, Senior Independent Director, will take over as the Chair of the Nomination Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11R.
